CANCELLATIONS
We hope you are excited about your order, and we are committed to providing you the best service possible. However, please be aware that cancellation requests are time-sensitive and not guaranteed.
Each product is specially manufactured on behalf of the customer, which means that once the production process has started, it cannot be stopped or reversed.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please email us at information@shiydf.com as soon as possible with your order number and reason for the cancellation.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if production has already started or the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products — being specially prepared and personalized — we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been created.
Since it is impossible to track customer-specific processes after production begins, and because each bottle is made freshly for the individual customer, we cannot resell or reuse the products.
All sales are final once the order is confirmed.
REFUND ELEGIBILITY
Because of the customized nature of our products:
– Refunds are not possible after an order is created.
– Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable.
– We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds based on personal preferences, change of mind, or if results differ from individual expectations.
